Since the San Jose Sharks and New York Rangers were eliminated in the previous round, I admit to having not watched a lot of hockey lately. I really wanted Roenick to get his name on the Cup. However, it is really looking like a Red Wings/Penguins match up would be a great one, as these two teams are flying through the Conference Finals and playing outstanding, inspired hockey. As much as I dislike the Red Wings, I think I'd have to root for them in the Finals, because I just wouldn't be able to stomach all the ridiculous, over-the-top press that that young punk in Pittsburgh would get if they won, as if he single-handedly did it all by himself. We all know that in reality, Evgeny Malkin is the main reason Pittsburgh is where they are at right now.
